Please help me to take Admission in P.hd (Request)

I want to take admission in P.hd. My subject is Geography. My passed M.Sc with first class. I cleared NET ( The National Eligibility Test ).

I tried several university in West Bengal, but failed. Here are lots of Nepotism to take admission.
